Austin City Limits Music Festival
I live in the greatest city in the world. I could give you countless reasons, but a huge one is Austin City Limits Music Festival. ACL is a 3 day festival held in Zilker Park every year. This year was my 3rd consecutive year and it just keeps getting better. This year the line-up was awesome! Red Hot Chili Peppers headlined and I have never seen a better show. Seeing RHCP live in the ACL setting was honestly a dream come true. It was nostalgic to listen to music that I had been in love with since middle school. Ever since I knew what music was, RHCP has been at the top of my list. I owe that to my brothers! They were amazing live. It blows my mind that those guys can be so talented for SO LONG. The lead singer, Anthony Kiedis, and the bass player, Flea, have been playing together since high school and they are about to be 50! The other thing that is so cool to me is how diverse their fan base is. They have fans of all ages. I am so happy that I got the opportunity to see such an amazing band play live in my favorite park in my favorite city!
